Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.  Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

   
Dental Insurance

We are an in network provider with the Aetna Extend network and United
Concordia Elite Network.

As a courtesy, we will handle filing all other insurances as an out of
network provider. Most insurance companies will assign benefits to the
provider. If there is a difference between the insurance reimbursement and
our office fee, the patient/parent/or guardian is responsible for the
balance. Insurance reimbursements vary, we will do our best to estimate the
patient's portion of treatment.
